Just Don't Know
Have you ever had so much going on in your life and so much on your mind that you just don't know what to do? I feel like that often. I have all these ideas for things to do but with so much swirling around in my mind it is hard to fine tune what I really want and focus. There is also this thing called life and all of the daily activities associated with it. And then there are times when you just don't know anything. With so much going on in the world today, not being able to focus, and having too much going on in your mind and in your life a person can become severely stressed out. But, when you just don't know that is OK. It is OK not to know what to do. It is OK not to know where you are going. It is OK not to know how you are going to get things done. The bottom line is that it is OK if you just don't know. When you don't know then your mind becomes open to possibilities to help you decide so that you can go from "just don't know" to being in the know and completely happy and content. Use these times of uncertainty in life to explore your options and see what is out there. Yes it does mean that you may have to change something in your life. It could be where you live, your job, your friends, or all of the above. But in the end when you make it through the time when you just didn't know you will be better off and you will be able to move forward with your life in a much happier and healthier position overall.
